Highly data-driven with the ability to analyze, articulate, and solve complex problems to make effective recommendations using data from a multitude of sources. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
DUTIES: Implement and configure web analytics platforms for the enterprise, such as Google Analytics 360 suite, Sitecore Experience Analytics, and Treasure Data integrations. Optimize infrastructure, content, and presentation of data relevant to Digital Marketing analytics. Create scalable monitoring and reporting for business users across the organization. Consult on sales & marketing initiatives to improve bottom line outcomes and investment strategies. Collaborate with IT, marketing, sales & the field to define and measure KPIs and advance technological capabilities. Derive actionable insights from data to drive key business decisions and inform digital strategies. Own and drive website personalization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) platforms. Supervise and manage one direct report and two vendor relationships with digital technology vendors. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field, and 2- years of experience in the job offered or as a Digital Analyst, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 2 years performing Digital Analytics and Google Analytics. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the above skill sets. Experience therein to include 1 year with Looker Studio, Tableau and Power BI, SQL, and Salesforce CRM. Hybrid, ability to work from home.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Finance or related discipline
Experience:
- At least three (3) years’ experience in-depth web analytics
- Mastery of statistics and statistical models (SPSS software knowledge preferred)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Highly proficient in Excel, data management programs, and data visualization programs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and communicate appropriately across multiple organizational levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present in front of a small to medium group using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management skills and ability to balance competing priorities and overlapping deadlines
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
