Associate Back-end Software Engineer

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.
  • Write clean, efficient code and conduct testing to ensure quality.
  • Document processes and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Participate in code reviews and learn from senior engineers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong foundation in Java and basic understanding of backend concepts.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control (Git).
  • Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with microservices or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Passion for learning and problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
