POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is a key member of the Organizational Development (OD) team within the Talent Management & Organizational Development (TM&OD) Center of Excellence. Working closely with a core team of business and HR leaders as part of Insulet’s Transformation Management Office (TMO), the OE Lead will focus on organizational effectiveness initiatives that help fully embed and evolve Insulet’s new operating model. The position reports to the Sr. Director OD & Change Management and will focus on optimizing core enterprise cross-functional processes and effectiveness in ways of working. This role requires a strategic, forward-thinking, and collaborative leader with strong business acumen who brings expertise in process optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Organizational Effectiveness Lead (OE) Lead will provide process optimization expertise and consultancy to senior leaders. Recognized as an expert in organizational transformation and process improvement, you will partner with business and HR leaders to support the successful implementation of Insulet’s new operating model through the acceleration of process optimization.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000.00 - $169,850.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
