Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $65,000 - $82,000.

Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0385 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 80 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

Position Summary (What you will do)  

 

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving hourly talent acquisition efforts within designated markets. This role partners closely with hiring managers to ensure that recruiting goals are met through effective candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship management. This is a highly administrative role focused on supporting recruitment needs through continuous communication, tracking, reporting, and field engagement.  

 

Essential Functions

Recruitment Support:  

  • Partner with hiring managers to support all recruitment efforts for hourly field positions. Maintain consistent communication with field leadership to ensure that staffing needs are met. 

  • Administrative Duties: 

  • Create, update, and maintain job requisitions in Workday, the applicant tracking system. 

  • Post job advertisements and manage online job postings to attract applicants across print, social, and job site platforms. 

  • Track daily staffing needs and candidate flow to ensure recruitment targets are achieved. 

 

Candidate Management: 

  • Answer candidate inquiries post-offer to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. 

  • Conduct routine staffing calls with operations management to communicate staffing targets and updates on recruitment plans. 

  • Plan and prepare for career and recruitment events, to promote a diverse talent pipeline. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are required for event participation. 

 

Reporting & Communication: 

  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on staffing and recruitment activities to hiring managers and leadership. 

  • Attend recruitment meetings, conference calls, and other departmental discussions to maintain alignment on recruitment strategies. 

  • Maintain open communications with hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR to forecast district staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies. 

Pipeline Development: 

  • Build and sustain a pipeline of candidates for critical roles by leveraging relationships with recruitment sources (agencies, college career offices, job boards, social media). 

  • Identify future talent needs and proactively source to develop a robust talent pool. 

  • Support leadership in workforce planning and ensure consistent, effective delivery of recruitment services. 

 

 

Qualifications (What we are looking for)  

 

Required: 

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field OR equivalent years of experience preferred 

 

Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:  

 

 

Work Experience:  

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, high-volume staffing, or project management; or a blend of education and experience in related fields.  

 

Knowledge & Skills:  

  • Possess knowledge of various recruitment technology platforms and applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.  

  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), the internet, applicant tracking systems and various programs and HRIS applications.  

  • Ability to work independently to effectively plan and set priorities to accomplish required tasks.  

  • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.  

  • Ability to maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure.  

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively address job candidates and all levels within the organization.   

  • Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures. 

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality related to candidate, employee and client information.  

 

 

Scope  

 

Authority to Act:  

Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Duties are performed with specific directions given and work is checked or verified on a frequent basis. Decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could affect the smooth and efficient operation of the department. 

Performs duties independently with minimal supervision, operating from specific and definite directions and instructions. Decisions are of a routine nature made within prescribed operating guidelines, policies and procedures. Mistakes/errors may result in work stoppage, loss of business, poor customer relations and/or damage to product, all of which can have negative financial implications for the organization. 

Performs duties with little direction given, operating from established directions and instructions. Decisions are made within general Town Parke policy constraints but occasionally require independent decision making.

Working Environment 

The majority of work will be performed in climate-controlled environment but may be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperatures on occasion.  

Travel 

Travel of up to 30% may be required.
