Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidate with In-depth S/4 HANA platform Experience across multiple functions with expertise in one or multiple industries.
Must have experience in delivery execution of complex SAP engagements and collaboration with multiple teams.
Must have proven client facing skills who can set the client discussion narratives with all levels of client business participants. From delivery perspective - candidate must have ability to foresee execution risks (e.g., resource risks, skills limitations) and plan mitigation accordingly and should the project end to end from offshore.
Delivery Lead Strategic Planning
End-to-end S/4 HANA implementation experience Techno-functional upgrade experience support and enhancements.
Project Management Program Management Managing accounts across industries end-to-end delivery of projects.
Support, planning & improving the service delivery mechanism, SLA & escalation management, customer satisfaction, profitability management.
Large-sized team handling experience.
Good balance between Infrastructure and Application.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts.
Experience in discrete or process manufacturing environments is a plus.
Skilled in evaluation of current state analysis, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing/ prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation.
Expertise in problem resolution coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in SAP MM areas including procure-to-pay (P2P), inventory management, vendor evaluation, invoice verification, and subcontracting.
Knowledge of integration points with SAP modules like FI, SD, PP, EWM, or other procurement tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in developing and optimizing MM code for performance.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Cloud Platform integration services.
Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Strong knowledge of materials management processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP MM modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM implementations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 14 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
