A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied, no two days are the same here at Teleport. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
 

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end commercial and cross-functional projects with clear understanding of problem statements before proposing solutions.

• Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Track, measure, and report project progress with company-wide visibility.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure operational continuity and knowledge retention.

• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including headquarters and international Teleport teams, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
   

Skills & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business - preferred but not essential in Supply Chain, Technology, or a related fields

• 3+ years’ experience in project management, ideally in logistics, technology, or startup environments

• Demonstrated ability to run projects using project management tools 

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement experience across teams and cultures

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving environment
