Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.

    • Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and methodologies.

    • Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion.
       

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
       

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
       

  • Risk Management:

    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

    • Proactively address issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
       

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.

    • Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
       

  • Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

    • Monitor expenditures and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 to 10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on [specific industry or type of projects].

  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Rally, Clarity).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

  • Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree is a plus.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $236,900.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
