Northrop Grumman is seeking qualified and motivated professionals for the role of Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist or Sr. Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist supporting the Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center, with experiences in supply chain management and/or related fields (including business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, and manufacturing). Northrop Grumman may be able to provide relocation assistance and flexible work arrangements.
This position can be an A03 Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist or A04 Sr. Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist depending on years of experience. This position will be based out of Baltimore/Linthicum NG facility with a hybrid option.

Salary Range: $87,000.00 - $130,600.00Salary Range 2: $108,400.00 - $162,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
