About the role:

Shyft Global Services - TD SYNNEX is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Renewal Quoting Specialist to support our service contract renewal operations. This role is responsible for generating, editing, and managing service quotes with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all contract details are correct and up to date. Exceptional attention to detail is critical, as the role involves working with sensitive data and coordinating across multiple teams to ensure smooth and timely renewals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and edit automated service contract renewal quotes, ensuring accuracy in pricing, serial numbers, and in-process RMAs.
• Review and validate data in Salesforce to ensure all renewal opportunities are accurately reflected and up to date.
• Collaborate with Sales, and Customer Support teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely quote delivery.
• Maintain a high level of data integrity and consistency across quoting systems and CRM platforms.
• Monitor and manage quoting queues, prioritizing urgent requests and ensuring timely turnaround.
• Provide support to Inside Sales and Account Managers by preparing customized quotes and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance quoting efficiency and accuracy.
• Track and report on quoting metrics and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Quoting, or Customer Service roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other quoting tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the technology or services industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with service contracts, RMAs, and renewal processes is preferred.
