We're looking for an Analyst to join our People Process & Technology team! This position is a dynamic opportunity to help us continue our Workday evolution, drive our recruitment technology initiatives and work for the largest Employer in Canada! 

 

Working with the Senior Manager, People Process & Technology, you will be part of a team that supports the development and deployment of all facets of the Workday system with a focus on the Recruitment Automation to ensure that the platform delivers a positive user experience. 

 

As part of the team, you will ensure our Workday environment's integrity and overall system operation through support, testing, training, analysis and solutioning. You will also serve as one of our users' points of contact on the Operations Team. 

 

Here are a few ways you'll make a difference: 

  • Support and continuously improve the recruitment functions of HRIS and ATS platforms, with a strong focus on maintaining core systems and enhancing or deploying new features. 

  • Performing day-to-day operational tasks, ensure smooth workflow, and promptly resolve any operational issues that may arise. 

  • Triage and solution for end users, business partners and administrative issues. These fixes may include short term workarounds but will always focus on long term and comprehensive solutions to problems. 

  • Document and maintain operational procedures. 

  • Support management teams in both tactical and strategic initiatives, personally driving the implementation of suggested improvements. 

  • Continuously expand knowledge of HRIS and ATS functionalities by utilizing online courses and training platforms to provide effective solutions and high-quality operational support. 

  • Coordinate and support periodic system releases including assessing, documenting, and testing new features and functionality. 

  • Build and foster partnerships with business COEs and cross-functional teams.

Recipe for success: 

  • Between 1-3 years of hands-on experience with a range of recruiting and HR technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS or HCM platforms, CRMs, and related software. Previous experience with Workday Recruitment and Paradox AI is a significant advantage. 

  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to define inputs, consolidate/analyze data, and develop effective solutions. 

  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes. 

  • Strong commitment to teamwork, with the ability to build effective working relationships. 

  • Attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential data, maintaining strict confidentiality, and exercising tact.
