Technical competencies

Accounting and Internal Control:

  • Solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP
  • Strong understanding of internal control and ability to drive internal control improvement

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Managing budging and forecasting process
  • Utilizes key metrics to measure and communicate results
  • Deep understanding of P&L drivers, interrelated elements and market

System & Analytic tools:

  • Proficient user of SAP/BW, Advanced user of MS Office 360, Essbase smartview, MIS/CORA  (ability to train / power user)
  • Expert of the analytical tools such as sensitivity/scenario analysis, benchmarking, cost breakeven etc. and leverage data to drive insights and influence

Process and project management skills:

  • understand workflow, assign tasks and milestone, communicate progress with key stakeholders.

Cashflow Management:

  • Understand the key measurement of working capital and identify opportunities to improve
  • Evaluate the capital investment and recommend for the resource allocation

  • Challenges business assumptions and proposals with financial analysis tools
  • Makes profitable business decisions, incorporates contingency planning into strategy, and makes databased decisions
