The Role:
The Director of Implementation Enablement is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the strategies that drive successful delivery and installation of our core software products. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Implementation, this individual will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Customer Leadership, and Technical Operations—to create innovative, scalable, and efficient methodologies that support exceptional customer outcomes and organizational growth. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in automotive software implementation and support, a visionary approach to process improvement, and a collaborative spirit that champions both team and customer success.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with d cross-functional partners from Product, Customer Leadership, and Technical Operations to define the strategic vision for implementation enablement and to design, refine, and standardize innovative delivery methodologies that are both scalable and tailored to varied customer segments
  • Lead efforts to establish frameworks, toolkits, and best practices that ensure installations of our core software products are efficient, predictable, and measurable, while continuously transforming and improving these approaches to enhance scalability, repeatability, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze performance metrics and operational data to proactively identify areas for improvement, drive corrective actions, and communicate insights to executive leadership, all with the goal of increasing installation success rates and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, creative problem-solving, and open communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of delivery priorities with broader business objectives and representing the Implementation Enablement team in key forums

Required Qualifications and Attributes:

  • 10+ years of experience in software implementation, professional services, project/program management, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years in a leadership or enablement function
  • Demonstrated success in designing and scaling delivery methodologies for complex software projects in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with change management, organizational development, and training program design
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving context and inspire others to embrace change
  • Strategic Thinking: Anticipates future trends, creates long-term plans, and connects daily actions to high-level objectives
  • Innovation: Identifies creative solutions to persistent challenges and encourages experimentation within teams

Salary Range: $165,000 - $200,000

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.  The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
