Your Role and Responsibilities
We are now looking for new Production Engineering Specialists to join our team in Smart Power, Vaasa. In these roles, you will have the opportunity to optimize the production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Your main role will be to maintain and increase production line availability and performance. You will be also part of developing our current automation solutions and participate in projects implementing new automation and digital solutions. Additionally, you will showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of production process to achieve the targeted production.
You work in close co-operation with production, maintenance and quality functions. The work model for the role is: onsite, the position involves two-shift work.
