Wells Fargo’s Consumer Banking and Lending’s Marketing Science organization is seeking an Analytics Director to lead the strategy and enablement of the enterprise marketing audience platform, ensuring its data, capabilities, and data supply chain meet the evolving needs of our marketing partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a specialized team of managers and professional individual contributors responsible for platform enablement, data supply chain prioritization, and governance.

  • Maintain functional ownership of various aspects of the marketing audience platform, including the strategic roadmap, data enablement strategy, operating model, and evolution roadmap.

  • Identify opportunities and strategies by partnering with marketing leaders to ensure the platform’s data and targeting capabilities evolve to meet their changing needs and drive business outcomes.

  • Build analytical capabilities by owning the end-to-end data supply chain prioritization and overseeing how the platform is developed by technology teams and utilized by marketing execution teams.

  • Manage and direct your team to ensure effective consultation on platform capabilities and provide recommendations that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Interpret and develop a range of guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for the platform, including data governance, access controls, and usage policies.

  • Interface with key technology vendors and internal technology partners to influence the platform's development and ensure it aligns with business needs.

  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership across Marketing, Data, and Technology, to achieve a consistent and scalable approach to audience management.

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure platform commitments are met and align with strategic objectives.

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Required Qualifications:  

  • 8+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Customer Data Platforms, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

  • Demonstrated experience in data supply chain management, data governance, and partnering with technology teams on data integration projects.

  • Experience translating business needs from marketing leaders into technical requirements for data and platform development.

  • Strong strategic planning skills and experience managing a technology or data product roadmap.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical partners to senior business leaders.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$159,000.00 - $254,000.00
