What We’re Looking For:
 
Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience in product support or implementation support.
 
Flexible skill set and availability to meet evolving business requirements.
 
Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting; experience with Python and Azure Cloud is a plus.
 
Familiarity with performance tuning techniques is an added advantage.
 
Strong understanding of the technical landscape relevant to the assigned product line.
 
Knowledge of various technical platforms, systems, and infrastructures.
 
Exposure to Blue Yonder’s product suite and the ability to articulate product integrations and dependencies is preferred.
 
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
