CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Supervisor in our Specialty mail service pharmacy.

As the Pharmacist Supervisor you will supervise staff in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy, and to provide direction to other professional and non-professional staff within Pharmacy operations to ensure that patient requests are met and prescription orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve exceptional customer service and to exceed company and customer expectations. As the Pharmacist Supervisor you will be responsible for directing daily workflow, interviewing/hiring, evaluating & reviewing performance, coaching & counseling, disciplinary action and daily supervision of the staff (up to 25 individuals) to ensure that all department and company policies and procedures are followed.

Required Qualifications

* Proven ability to evaluate work and process flow to ensure optimal efficiency.
* Proven experience in a high intensity, fast paced production environment.
* Proven ability to effectively manage people and provide team leadership.
* Licensed Pharmacist in state of residence.

* Reside within commutable distance to our specialty mail location
* 1 plus years experience working within SPRx software.
* 1 plus years experience in Specialty Pharmacy.

Preferred Qualifications

* Multiple state licensed as a Pharmacist

* One year of previous people leadership experience

* Infusion experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
* Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,000.00 - $187,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
