About the role
Executive Support Associate Manager oversees a group of high-performing EAs, ensuring seamless support for senior leadership through coordination, mentorship, and process optimization. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on guidance to elevate team efficiency, collaboration, and service excellence.

Daily challenges

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to a team of Executive Assistants.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality support for executives by standardizing workflows, tools, and best practices across the team.
  • Monitor workload distribution and reallocate resources as needed to maintain efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Act as a liaison between Executive Assistants and senior leadership to align support strategies with business priorities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to ensure smooth execution of executive-level initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement improvements that enhance productivity.
  • Lead or contribute to projects that elevate the strategic impact of the EA function.
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and executive interactions.

eXperience and skills required

  • Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role (advantage).
  • Familiarity with executive-level support standards and practices (advantage).
  • Experience in process improvement or operational optimization initiatives (advantage).
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management (advantage).
