The Opportunity
This position works out of our Plymouth MN, location for our Electrophysiology Medical Device business. In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
Abbott is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This role is critical in ensuring supply chain readiness for new product launches, driving cross-functional alignment, and enabling successful commercialization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain analytics, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated environment.
What You’ll Work On
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for NPI supply chain performance, readiness, and risk tracking.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP and other enterprise systems to support decision-making and reporting needs.
Develop and standardize process documentation, workflows, and templates to improve consistency and scalability across NPI supply chain activities.
Create and deliver executive-level presentations that communicate supply chain readiness, risks, and mitigation strategies for new product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and implement solutions that enhance visibility and traceability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven operations, preferably in a regulated industry.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, data modeling, DAX, RLS and report development.
Familiarity with ETL processes and integrating data from multiple sources.
Strong experience with SAP data extraction and manipulation (e.g., using SAP BW, HANA, or custom reports).
Proficiency in Excel (including Power Query, pivot tables, and advanced formulas) for data analysis and reporting.
Experience developing automated reporting solutions and scalable analytics frameworks.
Experience with Power Automate to eliminate repetitive tasks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and KPIs, with the ability to apply analytics to drive operational improvements.

The base pay for this position is
$75,300.00 – $150,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
