Nous sommes à la recherche d’un assistant gérant talentueux, passionné et reconnu pour donner un excellent service à la clientèle et qui a à cœur d’offrir à nos clients une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle qui les enchantera totalement !

À titre d’assistant gérant, votre apport aura une incidence immédiate sur les ventes et la satisfaction de la clientèle car vous serez appelé dans le cadre de vos fonctions à superviser le personnel et leur distribuer du travail, à supporter le gérant de département dans l'exercice de ses fonctions tant au niveau administratif qu'opérationnel (incluant PCX). Le poste vise principalement toutes les opérations liées à PC express.

Qualifications du travail

Le titulaire du poste doit avoir un minimum d’expérience en service à la clientèle et une expérience pertinente dans les tâches et responsabilités suivantes : Expérience et capacité de faire les tâches administratives et toutes les tâches PCX, de faire de la caisse, de gérer/superviser l’équipe PCX, incluant les horaires.

La personne recherchée possède aussi des aptitudes marquées pour diriger et motiver une équipe de travail. De plus, elle se démarque par son leadership, son sens de la communication, son dynamisme, son sens des responsabilités et sa volonté à satisfaire le client. 

Toute autre combinaison pertinente d’expérience et/ou de gestion pourrait être considérée.
