Field & Partner Marketing Specialist, Asia (Based in Singapore)

Zoom is seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies in Asia. This role involves planning field marketing programs for demand generation, nurturing partner relationships, and collaborating with sales teams on strategic initiatives. The position requires tracking success metrics to drive pipeline and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and excel in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, channel, product, finance, and operations teams.

What we’re looking for

• Have Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 2+ years of experience in field or partner/channel marketing within high-tech or SaaS companies
• Have English fluency required, and a second language such as Bahasa or Thai is highly welcome, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Have ability to travel within the APAC region to manage events and familiarity with the regional distributor and reseller ecosystem
• Have proactive problem-solving abilities with demonstrated capacity to anticipate needs and take initiative
• Have skill in multi-tasking and understand prioritization in a high-paced, dynamic environment
• Have technical proficiency with business tools including Salesforce.com, Tableau, G-Suite, and Excel
