Your role:
Clinical Science & Technology Advancement:
•Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in MR sequence development, multi-nuclei technology applications, and clinical translation of MR systems
•Define, lead, and actively participate in clinical research, concept validation, and feasibility projects—with a focus on MR sequence optimization and multi-nuclei technology implementation—collaborating closely with external hospital partners and internal cross-functional teams. Serve as a core team member in PRP/PDML(Marketing-led product/solution/service initiatives)
•Co-create functional specifications and prioritize features with Project Managers and Product Managers, aligned with clinical needs for MR sequence performance and multi-nuclei technology application etc.
•Ensure products/solutions are designed to meet user requirements, with optimal protocol settings for clinical application areas
•Ensure a consistent and common user experience across all elements of the products.
•Contribute to Design History File (DHF) per QMS requirements; troubleshoot application-level issues coordinating with R&D for solutions
Competitive & consultative clinical end user experience product analysis:
• Stay updated on innovations in MR sequence development, multi-nuclei technology, and medical applications via scientific literature, symposia, and international conferences
• Co-create and collaborate with medical doctors, radiologists, and hospital teams to evaluate new clinical applications of MR sequences, multi-nuclei technology, and optimized clinical workflows
Specific Role: Project Coordinator / Product Owner (Clinical Science Focus):
• Responsible for defining, coordinating, and delivering all clinical science inputs, tasks, and outputs—including MR sequence development and multi-nuclei technology integration—for assigned projects. Ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines
• Serve as Clinical Swim Lane Owner for projects under RDD/PDLM/MLD processes, focusing on clinical science deliverables
• Act as Product Owner, advocating for clinical value of application solutions (MR sequence optimization, multi-nuclei technology integration, etc.) delivered by project/design teams

At least a bachelor degree;
Trained and/or educated in the MR/Radiology related environment
Clinical knowledge/experience is a must
Knowledge of MR physics is preferred
Business knowledge is a pre
Knowledge on MR system design is a pre
Knowledge or Experience in I2M processes is a pre
