Summary: As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. You will build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of software. - Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Automate deployment processes and ensure continuous integration and delivery. - Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years of education is required.
