Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. As Network Tower operations lead, you will act as the ongoing interface between the Network teams. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, interpreting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution. - Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. - Document client issues and resolutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Wireless, Cisco DC Technologies (Nexus), Cisco ACI, Branch SDWAN, Routing and Switching, Palo Alto FW, Cisco Firewalls - Good to have Skills : BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, STP, SVI, VTP - Good to have knowledge on Skills : Automation, Wireless, Firewalls - Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation - Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management. - Hands-on Experience with network monitoring tools. Additional Information: - Minimum 12 years of experience - Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend - Excellent communication skills
