Job description
Role purpose: Operate as a Service Desk agent and complete all IT Service Desk operations to achieve highly positive outcomes for the EMEA user community.

Requirements
Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in Polish, English and additional German.
A strong foundation in IT fundamentals and a passion for technology.
Experience in customer service.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
ITIL Service Management ideally v4 Foundation level or desire/aptitude to complete training.
Ideally experience in supporting tasks within IT General Controls for User Access management, software license management, etc.
Full time office based in Wrocław and shift work: 7am – 3pm and/or 10am – 6pm.
