Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is looking for a Program Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our organization to support New Business Integrated Product Teams in Saint Augustine, FL or Melbourne, FL.
Please note this position requires an on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
The statement of work will include the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. There are also requirements to perform on Non-contractual Technical Activity as required. The individual will lead a cross-functional organization aligned to common program performance goals.
Manager, Programs II operates at a broader, more strategic level, overseeing larger or more complex program segments or mid‑size programs through other supervisors or senior professionals. This role requires self‑direction and carries increased accountability for outcomes, managing higher‑level programmatic, financial, and customer risks while ensuring overall program outcomes. The individual is responsible for delivering all contractual obligations on cost and schedule, guarantees technical compliance across the full scope, and cultivates deep, strategic customer relationships that drive long‑term value creation. Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Provides direction to subordinates based on general policies and management guidance. Work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives.

Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
