The Opportunity

In this dynamic role, you will lead inventory and planning activities for the Local Business Unit, developing and deploying Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Inventory Management best practices across the entire value chain. Your expertise will ensure alignment with global strategies while optimizing lead times, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.

You’ll own and run the IBP process, oversee the Procure-to-Pay cycle, and strengthen interfaces with GBS and Transport Management Centers. This is your chance to make a measurable impact by improving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the local Integrated Business Planning process to align demand, production, material, and financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain a single integrated rolling demand and supply plan for business execution.
  • Drive end-to-end inventory optimization and reduce lead times across the value chain.
  • Conduct gap analyses and implement solutions to achieve service levels at optimized inventory.
  • Provide leadership in ERP best practices for inventory management and control.
  • Oversee procurement execution to ensure material availability and supplier reliability.
  • Guide, motivate, and develop your team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or Supply Chain.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, management, or supply chain.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in transformer manufacturing, Lean 6S certification, or a Master’s degree.
