BEAUTY ADVISOR - CHANEL FRAGRANCE & BEAUTY BOUTIQUE MULTIPLAZA PANAMÁ

Location: Panamá, Panamá City

Reports to: F&B Boutique Supervisor

Contract: Full-time and permanent position

YOUR ROLE @CHANEL

Achieve sales goals complying with the guidelines of outstanding customer service, after-sales services, and merchandising, always supporting store management. 

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

  • Maintain sales floor and warehouse clean and organized.
  • Keep communication channels with clients updated regarding new arrival and birthdays.
  • Help on inventory and stock controls of testers and sales merchandise.
  • Greeting and assisting clients.
  • Guide clients through fragrance and beauty experiences.
  • Process sales transactions on till and wrapping.
  • Ensure clients database is up to date.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Candidate must be fluent both in English and Spanish.

  • Adaptability to flexible shifts (AM/PM) and availability of time to work on Sundays, holidays and night work when required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales or any other related field.

  • Be able to work with deadlines, strong sense of detail, creative and innovative thinker, excellent communications skills, and strong decision-making skills.

  • Strong client orientation

  • Experience in the luxury retail market is a plus

  • Ability to build solid relations with high-end customers

  • Able to work independently as well as team player, problem-solving and good communicator

  • Must be someone organized, resourceful, with a clear communication.
