Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Support infrastructure architecture projects under the supervision of senior team members.
• Assist in documenting basic infrastructure designs and configurations.
• Contribute to monitoring the performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure components.
• Participate in identifying and reporting simple infrastructure issues.
• Stay curious and open to learning about infrastructure technology and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Follow established infrastructure standards and guidelines.
• Actively engage in training and professional development opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role years of relevant work experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and services
• Prior experience working on cross-functional teams or projects
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus
• Relevant certifications (i.e., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) a plus
• Basic scripting and automation skills using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python a plus
