Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: 1: Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience for SAP PM and well versed in S4 HANA with good analytical skills and domain experience. 2: Must have S4 HANA Fiori experience of minimum 2 years for support or implementation projects. (Preferably SAP2021 FPS1 and above versions) 3: Document client requirements, identify gaps, issues and work around solutions, design, customize, configure and testing of PM. 4: Deep expertise in SAP PM and SAP Maintenance solutions and end to end business process flow understanding. 5: Knowledge of Phase enabled PM business processes (i.e. 9 phase plant maintenance process) and role/Persona based maintenance scenarios. 6: Strong knowledge and experience on PM Technical objects, Master Data, Notification, Maintenance plans, Maintenance plans Scheduling and Maintenance orders configuration. 7: Working in Integration with other modules like MM, FICO etc. Professional & Technical Skills: 1: Prepare Functional design specifications for development activities including workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements and Forms. 2: Knowledge of integration with 3rd party apps like Prometheus, Mobility tool, e-Permit etc. 3: Experience with SAP and Non-SAP systems integration, performance test planning and testing execution coordination skills. 4: Knowledge of change request management 5: Good Team Player 6: Good communication skill 7: Experience of Intelligent Asset management, Asset performance Management and Prometheus Scheduler 8: Experience of Oil & gas industry Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required
