The Integrated Aviation Solutions (IAS) Division currently has an opening for a Mission Integrator supporting an Operations, Sustainment and Development program based at a customer facility on Fort Gordon, GA (FGGA). Leidos is the prime contractor on a 10-year single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the United States Army. The Mission Integrator is charged with performing systems integration, monitoring network performance and identifying and resolving system issues for a state-of-the-art Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) system during live missions. The Mission Integrator works with the FGGA Site Operations Lead to complete technical planning, system software-network design, short and long-term planning development and integration, verification, validation, and fielding. Assist the engineering team in developing solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge. Duties include performing system requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance. The Mission Integrator will collaborate with the Lead FSR to influence solution design, processes and approaches. As required, the Mission Integrator will participate in Integrated Product Team meetings and interact daily with the Site Operations Lead and FGGA customers to ensure the team is meeting mission and reporting requirements. The Mission Integrator is an integral member of the Engineering team and reports directly to the Site Operations Lead.
The Mission Integrator position is based at a customer facility on Fort Gordon, GA with travel to Leidos, customer, and subcontractor facilities as required to meet program requirements and goals; normally 10% with surge travel to support integration and testing events.
