Job Description Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and project support to the EMEA Gas Power Region Leader and senior leadership team. The selected candidate will seamlessly manage all administrative functions including executive support, office operations, internal and external communications, and event planning. This role requires a highly professional individual capable of delivering excellent customer service to internal employees and external customers while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and integrity.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide executive assistant support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential correspondence
- Responsible for the establishment of meeting and agenda priorities, travel schedules, and staff meetings within a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Draft, review, and distribute executive communications, presentations, and reports using the full Microsoft Office toolkit
- Create executive-level charts, reports, correspondence, agendas, and memoranda for a variety of internal and external executive populations
- Organize board meetings, leadership reviews, and senior team offsites
- Review and respond to emails and phone calls, using discretion and judgment in gathering and conveying pertinent information in a timely manner
- Interface with Corporate GE Vernova, governmental agencies, media, and community leaders
- Coordinate closely with Communications to support external messaging for regional initiatives, campaigns, and events
- Maintain alignment between corporate communications and internal updates
- Work with external customers on meeting agendas and event planning
Transformation & Change Support
- Provide administrative and logistical support for transformation campaigns and organizational change initiatives
- Support leadership in embedding new processes and practices by ensuring clear documentation and communication
- Act as a trusted liaison between employees, leadership, and project teams
Event Planning & Coordination
- Lead planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and employee engagement activities
- Oversee logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site coordination
- Ensure events align with organizational culture and strategic priorities
