How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Performs various administrative , clerical, and data-entry functions in order to help maintain effective regional operations compliance. Acts under the direct supervision of the Regional Operations Compliance Manager to process paperwork, log metrics, and distribute standard compliance documents to regional facilities.

  • Data Entry & Routing: Input compliance data, audit scores, and safety metrics into department spreadsheets. Routes automated Management of Change (MOC) documents within the Intelex system based on standard operating templates.
     

  • Document Filing & Retention: Assists in the organization of appropriate digital compliance records across the region.
     

  • Clerical Document Distribution: Disseminates updated regulatory manuals, policy revisions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to field operations as directed by the Operations Compliance Manager.
     

  • Audit Preparation Support: Assists the Operations Compliance Manager in gathering requested information, reviewing checklists, and creating structured deliverables in preparation for upcoming internal or external audits.
     

  • Department Scheduling: Handles meeting calendars, schedules compliance training rooms, coordinates web-conference setups, and orders training materials as needed.
     

General Clerical Duties: Answers incoming department inquiries and handles incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • 1 year administrative or clerical experience.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Intermediate computer proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

  • Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP knowledge and experience.
