As a Lead – Product Education and Training, reporting to the Technology leadership team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high‑impact training programs for Nasdaq’s ControllerView platform. Your work will directly support global financial institutions in meeting complex regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build deep, hands‑on expertise in the ControllerView platform and regulatory reporting processes, becoming a trusted domain expert

  • Design and deliver high‑impact training (live sessions, workshops, and webinars) for clients and internal teams across global time zones

  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and global Nasdaq teams to translate product enhancements into effective learning content

  • Create digital‑first learning experiences across eLearning, VILT, hybrid, and instructor‑led formats

  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to understand client training needs, pitch learning solutions, and support revenue growth using modern tools, including AI‑enabled content platforms

Required Qualifications

  • Masters Degree or equivalent experience in Finance or relevant field

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic SQL, and navigating relational databases

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Passion for delivering training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in financial technology (FinTech) or regulatory reporting

  • Hands-on experience with the AxiomSL / ControllerView platform

This position will be located in Wroclaw and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
