Life BPS Call Center- Wilton (legacy)
This is a conversion- ISSI migration position for Analyst I- Entry Level Non FINRA,Resources specifically for Non FINRA associates are required to be established in DXC Manila.
Once established and in production, future demands for capacity expansion and/ or attrition can be filled in DXC Manila. ISSI Migration target completion by FY25 Q3. Resource from ISSI to be confirmed once finalized. Note that resource from ISSI will be removed from the account but could be redeployed to other ISSI accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representative (Life Insurance) that will enable and deliver contracted services in accordance with business policies and procedures to DXC's clients across a number of teams.
Responsible for handling inbound calls from insurance policy holders and providers.
