As the Director of Strategic Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's expansion into new markets, focusing on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with department heads to lead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at achieving market penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction in new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes in adjacent markets
  • Develop market entry strategies, including product positioning, pricing models, and go-to-market plans, in collaboration with other department heads at CampSite.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure our offerings align with the specific requirements of the target markets.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track the success of our initiatives with a growth oriented mindset.
  • Optimize operational processes and resources to support scalable growth and ensure exceptional customer experiences across diverse markets.

  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
