The opportunity

As a Workstream Implementation Leader for the M&S Function, you will play a key role in driving one of the core workstreams within Project Suisen.

Collaborating closely with sub-workstream leaders and key stakeholders across Business Units, Countries, and Regions, you will ensure alignment, progress, and impact across the function.

In this senior-level role, you’ll bring your advanced expertise in project management and continuous improvement to manage complex initiatives with a high degree of autonomy. You’ll coach others, review deliverables, and solve challenging problems that require both strategic thinking and operational excellence.

How you'll make an impact

  • Monitor project progress, synthesize insights, and provide high-quality analysis to support strategic decision-making

  • Use financial and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities

  • Prepare templates and meeting packs for leadership meetings, ensuring timely delivery and insightful content aligned with standard formats

  • Work closely with M&S Function Heads, INLs, MDMs, and regional teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment

  • Drive process improvements through a culture of feedback and learning

Your background

  • A university degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar

  • Experience in or strong affinity with the energy industry is highly beneficial, ideally in a global or matrixed environment

  • You excel at engaging with customers—whether remotely or face-to-face—to understand their needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions

  • You have successfully developed and executed marketing strategies that elevate products, services, and brands in competitive markets

  • You’re confident managing product and brand performance, with hands-on experience in budgeting, profitability analysis, and ROI optimization

  • You provide outstanding customer support, resolving service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency

  • You’ve led large-scale projects or processes with minimal oversight, demonstrating autonomy and accountability

  • You’re skilled at coaching and delegating to professionals, fostering growth and collaboration within your teams

  • You bring a strategic mindset to complex challenges, consistently delivering impactful results through insight, innovation, and execution
