Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, from initial research to performance monitoring. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify target markets, solutions, top accounts, and key events to enhance local brand awareness and thought leadership.
Oversee the development and management of annual marketing plans and budgets for the region. Ensure all marketing activities are executed efficiently and within the approved budget.
Track and evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns (both online and offline) against established goals (ROI and KPIs). Provide detailed reports on campaign outcomes.
Regularly update stakeholders on the progress and results of marketing campaigns and the overall annual marketing plan. Lead marketing meetings to discuss strategies and gather feedback.
Collaborate with digital, PR, social, and content teams to share relevant market insights. Execute local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns tailored to regional needs.
Plan, optimize, and manage regional web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns (including Google Ads and Yandex).
Brainstorm and implement new and creative strategies for growth.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to optimize marketing efforts.
Adapt campaigns, product launches, content, and other marketing materials to local markets. Suggest improvements based on performance data and feedback.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Executives to build relationships with existing customers, capture success stories, and identify valuable channels for sharing these stories.
Work with partner marketing, product sales, content marketing, and other teams to create compelling customer content assets for use in campaigns.
Develop and manage a calendar of events and tradeshows, including webinars, industry events, breakfast briefings, executive dinners, virtual events, customer events, partner recruitment events, and conferences. Align event plans with local stakeholders to meet revenue KPIs.
Build strong relationships with all marketing teams and other stakeholders, including product, partners, and revenue teams. Make informed decisions to support marketing goals and sales objectives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing programs, and channel marketing within a B2B IT/software company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong independent researcher and concise communicator, adept at understanding and developing messages for a wide range of issues.
Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content for diverse audiences, ensuring relevance to the local market or sector.
Effective collaborator with a creative, global workforce, capable of working within a virtual team environment.
Proficient in using sales and marketing systems, programs, and analytics to monitor and measure results (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce).
