The Platform Product Specialist role in the Direct Investments and Super Offer team will play an important role in delivering on our growth targets for our Adviser+ offer. This role will support the design, delivery, and evolution of the Adviser+ offer. Working closely with the Head of Adviser+ and Retirement Offer, as well as stakeholders across the business, this role will be responsible for supporting analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the offer, delivery of new features and capabilities, development of marketing and sales collateral, and governance of the offer.

Core Responsibilities

  • Completes analyses of strategic, competitive, client and market issues relating to Vanguard's Adviser+ and broader product line-up. Prepares and presents strategic analysis, findings, and recommendations to management.
  • Contributes to product development and implementation with input on new products and product enhancements to enhance client experience and business results.
  • Builds and produces key reports on a regular basis on Vanguard products and industry trends.
  • Supports the creation of dynamic content used to position Vanguard's offers.
  • Develops and maintains broad knowledge and awareness of the super and adviser industry, competition, and Vanguard's offer. Assists with the creation of thought leadership analysis.
  • Develops and maintains product-based competitor research, analysis, and monitoring that supports better business understanding of competitors' product offerings, drives positioning of Vanguards' product, and supports sales teams.
  • Develops and maintains relationships across the organization including operations, client experience, technology, sales teams, marketing, and OGC.
  • Continues personal development of analysis and presentation skills. Contributes to presentations on product topic to internal crew.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Core Qualifications:

  • Three years related work experience Super and/or Platform product experience preferable.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
