Neurophysiology/EEG Technician - Part Time

NewYork-Presbyterian has a distinguished history of transformative innovation. We’re seeking a highly skilled Neurophysiology/EEG Technician to serve as an integral part of our team.

Under the supervision of the Clinical Neurophysiology management team you will have the opportunity to conduct clinical neurophysiology studies. In this role, you will perform a variety of state-of-the-art studies while serving as a vital resource to patients, physicians, and technologists.

This is a part time position, working 2 weekdays per week, 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Preferred Criteria 

• Previous experience as a Neurophysiology/EEG Technician

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduation from an accredited electroneurodiagnostic technology training program (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) Accredited) or minimum of 2 years working in a similar position at an academic or teaching institution
• American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostics Technologists (ABRET) registry eligible 
• Knowledge of applicable computer operating systems and software
