Key Responsibilities
Independently process outgoing money movement transactions with accuracy, timeliness, and full regulatory compliance
Partner with internal and external business stakeholders to research and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure seamless service delivery
Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with appropriate partners to design and implement solutions
Utilize multiple computer applications and systems to access information, perform processing activities, and take appropriate action
Participate in team or departmental projects and initiatives, as assigned
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to comprehend and communicate complex issues clearly
Experience in money movement specific operations or within the financial services industry
Previous experience in operations, processing, or customer service
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to research and resolve issues effectively
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, result-driven environment
Understanding of company policies and applicable industry regulatory requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in transaction‑based processing
