Essential Job Functions:
• Lead the development and maintenance of package software applications.
• Manage multiple project teams, ensuring project objectives and milestones are met.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish departmental goals.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation within the department.
• Promote cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to development methodologies and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• Proven experience in managing software development projects
• Strong technical knowledge in the package applications domain
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus
