As a key engineer in lighting ECU development, you will lead technical requirement definitions and architectural design to enable real-time analysis and optimal light distribution control.

【職務概要 / Job Summary】
次世代ライティングシステム（ADB：配光可変ヘッドランプ、アニメーションランプ等）における、システムエンジニアリング業務全般を担当します。OEM（完成車メーカー）との折衝から、社内の各専門部署（ソフト・ハード・メカ）への要件展開、V字プロセスに沿ったシステム設計まで、開発の最上流工程を担う重要なポジションです。

You will be responsible for overall system engineering for next-generation lighting systems (ADB, animation lamps, etc.). This is a critical upstream position covering everything from negotiations with OEMs to requirements dissemination to internal hardware/software/mechanical teams and system design following the V-model.

顧客折衝と要件定義 / Customer Negotiation & Requirements Definition:
・OEMとの技術的な要件定義および折衝（Technical requirements negotiation with OEMs）

システム設計 / System Design:
・A-SPICEに準拠したシステム要件定義およびアーキテクチャ設計（System requirements definition and architecture design compliant with A-SPICE）

部門間調整 / Inter-departmental Coordination:
・ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、メカニカル各部門への要件展開とインターフェースの調整（Requirement dissemination and interface coordination for HW/SW/Mech departments）

プロジェクト管理 / Project Management:
・V字プロセスに基づいたシステム開発全体の進捗・品質管理（Management of development progress and quality based on the V-model process）

■必須要件 (Must)

• 車両、車載ECU、または車載部品の開発実務経験（3年以上）
• 組込み製品におけるシステム設計、またはソフト/ハード開発の経験
• 車載通信プロトコル（CAN, LIN等）に関する知識
• 社内外のステークホルダーと円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：基礎会話レベル以上。

■歓迎要件 (Want)

• 機能安全規格（ISO 26262）やサイバーセキュリティ規格に関する知見
• C言語、またはモデルベース開発（MATLAB/Simulink）の基礎知識
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外拠点や海外OEMとの実務経験）

■ Must Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience in vehicles, in-vehicle ECUs, or automotive components.
• Experience in system design and/or software/hardware development for embedded products.
• Knowledge of in-vehicle communication protocols such as CAN and LIN.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Japanese: Native level
• English: Basic conversational level or above

■ Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and cybersecurity standards.
• Basic knowledge of C programming or model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink).
• Business-level English proficiency (experience working with overseas offices or global OEMs is a plus).
