This is where you and your skills come in. We’re actively seeking a RVP of Enterprise Sales to fortify our market leadership and drive continued revenue growth. This pivotal role involves leading a dynamic team that specializes in delivering business value through mobility, collaboration and customer experience solutions that drive business value and ideal outcomes for enterprise accounts worldwide. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the sales strategy to develop and close new business within the enterprise market
  • Serve as a people-focused leader and a metric-driven collaborator.
  • Build and architect a winning sales team through strategic hiring and motivation
  • Plan and lead regularly scheduled forecast meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Coach direct reports on key account strategies for successful deal pursuits.
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to RingCentral’s leadership team.
  • Align and leverage internal resources to build, develop, and close strategic accounts and wins.
  • Lead and inspire the sales organization to achieve quarterly and annual revenue growth targets.
  • Design sales plans through competitive analysis and thoughtful product positioning.
  • Provide focused leadership fostering a culture of customer success within the sales team.
  • Evangelize and embed a sales and pipeline management process by developing and maintaining executive and senior-level client relationships in key accounts.
  • Maintain a personal presence and visibility with the sales team through customer engagements.
  •  Directly participate in closing deals with target accounts and drive business initiatives for future success.
  • Drive sales generated pipeline through outbound prospecting and key business development activities. 

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of first line management experience within telecommunications industry.
  • Empathetic, people/relationship-oriented leader.
  • Problem solver and roadblock eliminator with a hands-on approach.
  • Humility, high business ethics, and open-mindedness.
  • Demonstrated success in building strategic customer relationships at the C level
  • Proven track record of building world-class internal and field sales teams.
  • 5-8 years of leadership responsibility in a technology (preferably SaaS software) sales organization, with a proven history of success in achieving sales targets in direct routes-to-market.
  • Track record of delivering annual sales targets in excess of ~$100 million+
  •  Proven experience developing sales teams that consistently deliver 25% yearly increases in revenue.
  • Successful track record selling to the Fortune 500 and Forbes top private companies.
  • Customer-focused with outstanding knowledge of proven sales processes and solution-selling strategies.
  • Strong planning, financial, and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills with business acumen to complex situations with competing priorities.
  • Proven track record of success in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills with an ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions.

The position is located at our Belmont, CA headquarters office and candidates must live in proximity to this location.  If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $252,000 and $468,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
