What is the opportunity?
Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is responsible to manage end-to-end process of planning, development, and delivery of initiatives across Canadian Region from inception and development of strategy, approval of design & planning, transactions, project delivery and integration with end-user workplace experience.
The role will have direct oversight and management of service partners and suppliers to ensure program success and that controls are in place to manage risk for RBC and serve as key interface between key business unit leads and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Centres Of Excellence (COEs) ensuring business requirements are anticipated and represented in development of regional strategies & in execution of key programs and related projects.
The role will ensure governance throughout program delivery aligns with RBC framework and the project/program remains within approved Scope, Schedule and Budget and support the CRE portfolio objectives of enabling the core business, managing costs, and mitigating risks
