JR58409 Finished Goods Warehouse Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Process Alignment and FMEA:

  • Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to standardize processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in the warehouse environment.
  • Identify failure modes, assess risks, and recommend preventive actions.

Quality Management:

  • Implement and maintain Quality Management System standards within the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality requirements.
  • Address non-conformities and drive corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead or participate in improvement projects on warehouse operations.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and propose efficiency enhancements.
  • Leverage FMEA insights to drive process improvements.
     

Analytics (Secondary Role):

  • Apply data analytics tools to monitor warehouse performance.
  • Extract actionable insights from data to optimize inventory management and logistics.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and supply chain teams.

Training and Education:

  • Train warehouse staff on QMS principles, FMEA methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and track critical metrics related to warehouse quality and process efficiency.
  • Generate reports and present findings to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
  • Structured problem solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Quality Management
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Multilingual proficiency (English plus Asian languages)
