What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Real Estate is responsible for managing Walmart's real estate portfolio, negotiating deals, and driving compliance strategies.

What You'll Do:

• Manage Walmart's real estate portfolio, evaluating properties for development or disposition, and communicating with internal partners and customers
• Negotiate short-term uses for properties, enforce lease terms, and provide notice of landlord or tenant default
• Plan the resolution of real estate matters with consultants and collaborate with government agencies to enhance company reputation and reduce corporate expenditures
• Manage cost of construction by reviewing change orders, negotiating labor rates, and creating change order procedures
• Prepare market analysis for site selection, gather data, and identify potential site options
• Develop conceptual site plans and layouts, and drive deal negotiations and due diligence from site selection through construction
• Drive compliance strategies by executing strategic plans, developing negotiation strategies, and maintaining relationships with government agencies
• Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing business plans, and removing barriers
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, and promote a belonging mindset in the workplace
• Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of plans and initiatives, and participating in community outreach events

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
