Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying established quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role includes overseeing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing practices and to drive improvements in product quality and delivery efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop comprehensive automation strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in scripting and programming languages relevant to automation.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
