Job Description:

     *Hybrid role     

Responsibilities:

Will work in the Finance Systems & Support team within the systems capability team that looks after the development, implementation and support of FSS systems and processes.

• Lead or participate in projects that will deliver efficiencies or enhancements to our systems and processes ensuring business requirements are fully met while meeting all DXC policies and procedures.
• Lead the development of Business Requirements documents and Use cases, contribute in Solution Design, develop testing plans and lead the execution of User Acceptance testing and work with Support team on knowledge transfer
• Lead or participate in development of systems project proposals and feasibility and present to Finance leadership for buy in and approval
• Work with partners & teams inside & outside of Finance deliver systems enhancement projects either generated by Finance or other teams
• Work with our process team to develop and implement the processes and procedures that go with system enhancements that are delivered as well as any business changes that are required
• Work with training team to develop necessary training materials and at times deliver training classes
• Provide Level 3 support for systems and processes owned by Finance

Job requirements:

• Deep knowledge of SAP SD module, specially from business functional point of view
• +5 years’ experience in Finance (O2C, Project Accounting, Financials) with good knowledge of the systems and processes that we use
• Knowledge on integration of the various systems and processes used by Finance and how information feeds from each system
• Demonstrated knowledge of order management, invoicing, finance & accounting practices
• Flexibility in working hours (we work with global teams)

Education and Experience Required:

· First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

· Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

· Typically experienced in more than one finance function, preferred O2C or AR.
