About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

The Delivery Logistics team sits within Success & Services Enablement and runs end-to-end program and project management for onboarding and skills delivery cohorts across APAC, EMEA, and AMER. The team is collaborative and close-knit, and members are encouraged to identify and build their own process improvements.

As a Program Manager on this team, you own multi-regional logistics for onboarding and skills delivery cohorts and drive the team's automation agenda. You build and maintain automations that remove manual, repetitive work and improve program scalability — work that is high-visibility, spans global learner populations, and comes with real autonomy to design and own your own solutions.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end program and project management for multi-region CS/PS onboarding and skills delivery cohorts.
  • Manage enrollment, registration, and logistics across cloud segments with accuracy and attention to detail, including sensitive exclusions that require careful judgment.
  • Build and maintain AI and automation solutions (for example, Google Apps Script and Claude Code) that streamline repetitive logistics work and improve program scalability.
  • Balance ongoing program execution with automation projects, identifying repetitive processes that are strong candidates for further automation.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 5+ years of program or project management experience running multi-region logistics at scale.
  • You have strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are comfortable building lightweight automations (for example, Google Apps Script, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted tooling) to remove manual work.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.

Even Better If...

  • You hold AI certifications such as Agentblazer or Salesforce Certified AI Associate.
  • You have hands-on experience with Slack API integrations.
  • You have background supporting Customer Success, Professional Services, or M&A onboarding programs.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
