Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a focus on React (75%) and Java (25%). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Requirements:
- Design and implement responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.
- Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using Java.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure high performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Technical Skills:
- Front-End:
- Proficiency in React and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Back-End:
- Solid experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Database:
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
- Tools & Others:
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm/yarn).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React and Java.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade web applications.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other team ceremonies.
- Debug, test, and fix bugs and issues as they arise.
- Continuously improve existing codebase and infrastructure.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
